Alfa Laval's magnetic mixer (patented) synchronizes the impeller inside the tank with the external drive head through built-in magnets. Unlike other magnetic mixers, this impeller does not sit on guide bearings when stationary; it floats above a powerful magnetic field. This eliminates contact and friction with the shaft, significantly reducing the possibility of bearing failure. Alfa Laval's magnetic mixer can operate continuously without issues until complete discharge, regardless of the liquid level in the tank.
